The owner Floresmiro Guaca produced this washed coffee at the El Meson farm It is located at an average altitude from 1600 – 1800 m.a.s.l. his farm is located in Acevedo, Huila. This coffee is sun-dried for approx. 18 days.
Why No.2 – We will always have a different finca (farm) from Colombia as our No.2. It was a decision we made early on, because coffee from Colombia was Eamonns favourite.
