This coffee is from the high-altitude area of Sierra Madre. Our El Jaguar comes from a group of small producers and is harvested and processed by hand. This ecological region represents 30 percent of the flora in all of Chiapas territory.
Why No. 1521 – Its the year the Aztec Empire fell. We know we are a bit late, but we wanted to recognise them.
